Daniel OUNDI practises mainly in labor law, business law, commercial litigation, and international arbitration.
He advises investors, business leaders, employees, and professional athletes on strategic and complex issues relating to labor law, corporate law (business creation, mergers and acquisitions, and business transfers), commercial litigation, and international commercial arbitration.
Before joining the firm, Daniel OUNDI worked for international business law firms and in the legal department of a leading French company (BIRD & BIRD; SNCF), where he gained an understanding of the complexity of cases involving major CAC 40 companies, developing a detailed and specialized knowledge of the legal issues and challenges related to labor law and business law. This diverse career path, combining academic rigor and practical experience, enables him to offer strategic advice and effectively defend his clients' interests.
